Production is done in our 4000 m2 hall. The raw material is dried only in our own dryers, under the control of the drying process several times a day. Our products are made on our high-tech production lines.
In processing, while respecting the age and value of the raw material, we take special care to ensure that it is used as optimally as possible with minimal waste.
We can also provide one-time or continuous wood drying services to our partners depending on the quantity.

Qualities
Into our processes we have integrated quality control systems, which range from the receipt of wood through to the wood drying and the processing stages of production and finally to the loading of the product into transport vehicle.
Checking these processes is a guarantee that we will not release products that do not meet our specified criteria. In case of any deviation, we can respond at the right time to ensure that we can deliver the agreed products to our customers.
Solid Wood Boards
The pillars of our main products are solid wood boards made finger jointed and continoue staves and extended in width. They are manufactured according to different quality classes:
AA; AB; BB and BC grades, but we also offer individual production on demand.
- AA Grade: it is characterized by a total absence of wood flaws on both sides of the product. The lamellas are selected by color, grain and cutting nature.
- AB Grade: the lamellas of various grain and colors are used randomly. According to the standard, one side of the product shall be free from defects, and on the other side it is allowed sapwood, however, cannot be penatrated and small (up to 5 mm) sound intergrown knots.
- BB Grade: the lamellas are glued together without color scheme and cut matching. Some wood defects are allowed: One side may have brown strains and sharp color change; the other side may also have significant color variations, in addition, sapwood and sound tight knots up to 5 mm are acceptable.
- BC Grade: wood color, its texture and grain are ignored for the C grade panel. The lamellas may contain penatrated sapwood or knots (which size does not exceed 30 mm). At the same time these (or other minor) defects should not adversely affect the quality of the material or its operational characteristics.
